Notes

Our in stock skylights are made with tempered insulated glass that has an outer Bronze glazing and a clear inner glazing. If you are in a hurricane prone area, we can provide an inner glazing made to "Dade County, Florida Specifications". If your skylight is likely to cause substantial solar heat gain, we can provide Solar Reflective outer glazing in either Bronze or Smoke (gray). Call us for a quote.

All self flashing models can be made as an operable unit as long as the glazing area is less than 12 square feet. This limitation is due to the ability of the operator to lift the glass. This option is available for an additional $300.00. This includes an insect screen and 10 ft. crank operator. Remote control electric operators are available, call for quote.

Lo-e Glass

We do not recommend Lo-e glass for skylights. Lo-e glass is great for vertical glazing in windows, but when it is moved from being used in vertical glazing to horizontal (skylights) the advantage of Lo-e glass is reversed.
